                             THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTIONS (AMENDMENT) RULES, 1992
                                    APPOINIMENT OF RETURNING AND DEPUTY RETURNING OFFICERS
       IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by rule 6 (1) of the Local Government Elections (Amendment) Rules, the Blectoral
    Commission appoints the persons named in the first and second columns of the schedule to be returning and deputy returning
    officers, respectively, for the electoral area specified in the third column and which is within the relevant constituency specified
    in the fourth column of the said schedule. The appointment shall come into force on 20th May, 1996.
