                                  THE REGISTRATION OF PERSONS ACT
                                              (Cap. 107)
                                                  NOTIFICATION
                           MN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (2) of
                         the Registration of Persons Act, the Principal Registrar notifies
                         every person in Kenya to whom the provisions of the Act apply,
                         who has not applied for registration in the form prescribed in
                         the Registration of Persons (Amendment) Rules, 1995*, to
                         attend before a registration officer for the purpose of register-
                         ing under the provisions of the Act before 31st January, 1997.
