     THE undermentioned applications will be considered by the Transport Licensing Board at Nyeri Municipal Hall, on the following days:

     Monday, 29th March, 2004—NYI/R/04/1/01 to NYI/R/04/1/S0.
     Tuesday, 30th March, 2004—NYI/B/04/1/51 to NYT/B/04/1/100.
     Wednesday, 31st March, 2004.
     Thursday, 1st April, 2004            } to consider deferred cases and renewals for the year 2004.
     Friday, 2nd April, 2004
      Every objection in respect of an application shall be lodged with licensing authority and the District Commissionerofthe district in which such
~ an application is to be heard and a copy therefore shall be sent to the applicant not less than seven (7) days before the date of the meeting at which
  such-an-application is to be heard. Objections received later will not be considered except where otherwise stated that the applications are for one
 vehicle.
     Every objector shall include the registration number of his/her vehicle (together with the timetables where applicable), operating on the
 applicant’s proposed route. Those who submit applicationsin the namesof partnership and companies mustbring certificates of business registration
 to the Transport Licensing Board meeting.

     Applicants who are Kenya, Tanzania or Ugandacitizens of non-African origin must producetheir certificates or any other documentary proof of
 their citizenship.

     Applicants whofail to attend the above meeting as per requirementof this notice, without a reasonable cause, will have their applications refused
 and should therefore, not expect further communications from the Board.
