APPLICATIONS
THE undermentioned applications will be considered by the Transport Licensing Board at Kisumu Social Hall, on the following days:
Monday, 29th November, 2004—KSM/R/04/3/01 to KSM/R/04/3/50.
Tuesday, 30th November, 2004—KSM/B/04/3/51 to KSM/B/04 /3/100.
Wednesday, ist December, 2004
Thursday, 2nd December, 2004 . } to consider deferred cases and renewals for the year 2005
Friday, 3rd December, 2004
Every objection in respect of an application shall be lodged with licensing authority and the District Commissionerof the district in which such
an application is to be heard and a copy therefore shall be sent to the applicant not Jess than seven (7) days before the date of the meeting at which
such an application is to be heard. Objections received later will not be considered except where otherwise stated that the applications are for one
vehicle.
Every objector shall include the registration number of his/her vehicle (together with the timetables where applicable), operating on the
applicant’s proposed route. Those who submit applications in the names of partnership and companies must bring certificates of business
registration to the Transport Licensing Board meeting.
Applicants who are Kenya, Tanzania or Ugandacitizens of non-African origin must producetheir certificates or any other documentary proof of
their citizenship. .
Applicants whofail to attend the above meeting as per requirementof this notice, without a reasonable cause, will have their applications refused
and should therefore, not expect further communications form the Board. :
