                                                            THE TRANSPORT LICENSING ACT
                                                                            (Cap. 404)
                                                                           APPLICATIONS
    THE under mentionedapplication will be considered by the Transport Licensing Board at Nairobi Railways Club on the following days:

    Monday, 21st February, 2005—-NBI/R/05/2/01 to NBI/R/05/2/50,
    Tuesday, 22nd February, 2005—-NBI/R/05/2/51 to NBI/R/05/2/100.
    Wednesday, 23rd February, 2005
    Thursday, 24th February, 2005              }to consider deferred cases and renewals for the year 2005.
    Friday, 25th February 2005             .
    Every objection in respect of an application shall be lodged with licensing authority and the District.

    Commissionerofthe district in which such an application is to be heard and a copy therefore shall be sent to the applicant not less than seven (7)
 days before the date of the meeting at which such an application is to be heard. Objections received later will not be considered except where
 otherwise stated that the applications are for one vehicle.

     Every objector shall include the registration numberof his/her vehicle (together with the timetable where applicable), operating on the applicant's
 proposed route. Those who submit applications in the names of partnership and companies must bring certificates of business registration to the
 Transport Licensing Board meetings.

     Applicants whe are Kenya, Tanzania or Ugandacitizens of non-African origin must producetheir certificates or any other documentary proof of
 their citizenship.

    Applicants whofail to attend the above meeting as per requirementof this notice, without a reasonable cause, will have their applications refused
 and should therefore not expect further communications from the Board.
