                                                                                              (a) inquire into the circumstances leading to the sale of the Grand

                                                                                                   Governor of the Central Bank of Kenya, the Company
    IN. EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 of the                                       Secretary to the Central Bank of Kenya and any other person(s}
