             ‘THE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT
              .         _ (Cap. 490)
                   INTENTION To GRANT EXEMPTION

    LET ALL the parties concemed take notice that the Minister for.
 Co-operative Development and Marketing in exercise of the powers
 conferred by séction 92 (1) of the Co-operative Societies Act intends
 to-exempt ‘Gusii Mwalima Teachers: Savings and Credit Co-operative
 Society Lithited from the provisions of section 28 (1) of the Co-
_ operative Societies Act.

  ’ And further take notice that if no objection is lodged within thirty
 (30) days from the date of this notice, the Minister shall proceed to
 grant the exemption.              .
