                                     DEVELOPMENT FUND ACT

                                                 (No. 30 of2015)
                        IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by section 43 (4) of the National
                     Government Constituencies Development Fund Act, 2015, the Board of
                     the National Government Constituencies Development Fund appoints,
                     with the approval of the National Assembly, the membersof the Mt. Elgon
                     National Government Constituency Development Fund Committee set out
                     in the Schedule for a period of two (2) years.
