                           APPOINTMENT                                         IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (j) of the
                                                                           National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug
    IN EXERCISEof the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (a) of the         Abuse, Act, 2012, the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Co-ordination
National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse         of National Government appoints —
Act, 2012, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and
Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint —                                               SALWA HAITHAR(DR)
               LT. COL. (RTD.) JULIUS AYUB GITHIRI                         as a member of the National Authority for the Campaign Against
                                                                           Alcohol and Drug Abuse Board (NACADA), for a period of three (3)
to be the Chairperson of the Board of the National Authority for the       years, with effect from the 6th December, 2016.
Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA), with effect
