              APPOINTMENT OF CONSTITUENCY AND COUNTY RETURNING OFFICERS
                                                                                              of Kenya, section 11 of the Independent Electoral and
    IN EXERCISEof the powers conferred by Article 88 (4) (d) and () of the Constitution
                                             39 (1A)  and (1B)of  the Elections Act, 2011 and  Regulations 3 (1), (3) and (4), 4 (1), (2), (3) and (4) of
Boundaries Commission Act, 2011, sections
                                                                      and Boundaries  Commissio  n appoints the persons named in the Fourth Column
the Elections (General) Regulations, 2012, the Independent Electoral
                                                                                                  named in the Sixth Column ofthe Second Schedule
ofthe First Schedule as the County Retuming Officers, appoints Constituency Returning Officers
                            Officer and Deputy  Returning  Officer for Kenyansres iding  outside the Country named in the First Column of the Third
and appoints the Returning
Schedule.                                                          ‘

    The appointments are for the purpose of the 8th August, 2017 General Election exercise.
