APPOINTMENT OF CONSTITUENCY AND DEPUTY CONSTITUENCY RETURNING OFFICERS
IN EXERCISEof the powers conferred by Articles 88 (4) of the Constitution of Kenya, section 11 of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries
Commission Act, 2011 sections 38 and 39 (1A) of the Elections Act, 2011 and Regulation 3 of the Elections (General) Regulations, 2012, the
Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission appoints the persons named in the Sixth Column of the First and Second Schedule as the
: Constituency Returning Officers and Deputy Constituency Returning Officers, respectively, for the conductof the fresh Presidential Election.
The appointments are for the purposes of the 26th October, 2017 fresh Presidential Election exercise.
