                                  THE NATIONAL POLICE SERVICE ACT
                                               (No. 11A of 2011)
                       DECLARATION OF PARTS OF ISIOLO COUNTY AS A DISTURBED AREA
                        IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 102 (6) (a) of the
                    National Police Service Act, 2011, the Inspector-General of the National
                    Police Service notifies the general public as follows—
                       (a)   That Kom Sub-location, Biliqo Location, Kom Division, Merti
                             Sub-county in Isiolo County be, and is declared a disturbed area
                             and therefore a Security Operation Zone.
                       (b)   This notice shall take effect from the 5th May, 2022 and shall
                             remain in force for a period of thirty (30) days subject to
                             revocation and/or extension.
