      FEES PAYABLE TO THE MEDICAL AND DENTAL COUNCIL OF NAMIBIA IN TERMS
                OF SECTION 26 OF THE MEDICAL AND DENTAL ACT, 2004

The President of the Medical and Dental Council of Namibia under section 26 of the Medical and
Dental Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004), makes known that the Medical and Dental Council with the
written approval of the Minister of Health and Social Services -

(a)       has determined the fees payable to the Council in terms of subsection (1) of that section as
          set out in the Schedule; and

(b)       repeal General Notice No. 491 of 22 November 2019.
