                STAGE 3: STATE OF EMERGENCY – COVID-19 REGULATIONS:
                               NAMIBIAN CONSTITUTION

Under the powers vested in me by Sub-Article (5) of Article 26 of the Namibian Constitution, I -

(a)      make the regulations set out in the Schedule; and

(b)      repeal the Stage 3: State of Emergency-COVID-19 Regulations published under Proclamation
         No. 46 of 13 August 2020.
