    REGULATIONS SETTING OUT FEES FOR SPECTRUM LICENCES, CERTIFICATES
             AND EXAMINATIONS: COMMUNICATIONS ACT, 2009

In terms of section 38(5), 101 and 129 of the Communications Act, 2009 (Act No. 8 of 2009) the
Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia-

          (a)       makes the Regulations set out in the Schedule;

          (b)       with effect from 1 January 2021 repeals the Regulations Setting Out Fees for
                    Spectrum Licences, Certificates and Examinations, which were published under
                    General Notice No. 155 of 1 June 2017.
