     THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as
follows :—

     1. For section 6 (2) of the University of Lagos Act 1962 (which provides                   Amendment
for the membership of the provisional council) there ‘shall be substituted                      of section

    (k) The Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Education.
The membersof the provisional council shall hold office until further notice.

    2.—(1)This Decree may be cited as the University of Lagos Act
