              Military Administrator of the Capital Territory
                    '   (Delegation of Powers) Notice 1966‘
                           Commencement : 2nd Fuly 1966
   In the exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 (3) of the Constitution
' (Suspension and Modification) Decree 1966 and of all other powers enabling
  it in that behalf, the Executive Council hereby makes the following delegation—

    1. The functions conferred on the Executive Council under the enactments        Delegation
 respectively set out in column 1 of the schedule with respect to the matter        of functions

 mentioned in column 2 thereof are hereby delegated to the person from time         Military

   2. Nothing in this delegation shall prevent the exercise by the Executive        Executive

   3.—(1) This delegation may be cited as the Military Administrator of             Citation,

 1966.
