THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as
follows:

# 1.—(1) Subject to the provisions ofthis Decree, the office of constable Office of
m the Nigeria Police Force shall be, and besdeemed to have been since constable to

(2) Accordingly— :
(a) in the Schedule of the Pensions (Declaration of Pensionable Offices) L.N. 96 of
Order 1954, under item 33 (Police) there shall be inserted thefollowing 1954,
“Constable (male or female)... .. . .. -- 1.1.46”
