Section 269 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1962 (which inquiries :into shipping casualties) is hereby amended-— provides for Powerto investigate (2) in subsection (1) by the deletion in paragraphs (a), (0), shipping (c), (e), and casualties ({) of the word Commonwealth” ; and not (4) in subsection (2) by the deletion,—- otherwise : reported. (7) in paragraphs (a), (c), (@) and (f) of the word “Commonwea 1962 No. 30. lth,” and, ; (77) in paragraphs(a) and (d) of the word “such” ; and (c) in subsection (3) by the deletion of the words “any part of the Commonwealth,” and the substitution therefor of the words ‘‘Nigeria or elsewhere,’’. - 2.
