        In exetcise of the powers conferred by section 1 (1) of the Wireless Telegraphy
    Act 1961, as* modified’ by. the Constitution (Suspension and Modification) Decrees
~ (Nos. 1 to 9), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Federal Executive.
 _ Council has appointed the 1st day of July, 1966 as the date on which the above Actshall
    come into force.                       -                                                   ;
