        — L-{1) Theseis hereby established a Board to be known as the         Establish-

          (2) The Boardshall be a body corporate with perpetualsuccession
      and 2 common seal and shall have power to sue and be sued in its

      corporate name and to acquire hold and dispose of property whether
      movable or immovable.                                        |

          (a) a Chaizman- who shall be appointed by the President ; and
