                           It is hereby notified for general information that His Royal
                        Highness the High Commissioner has been pleased to appoint
                        Thomas Alfred Williams, Esquire, Financial Secretary, to act, vice
                        J. P. Murray, Esquire, as Government Secretary of Basutoland
                        in addition to his other duties, during the absence on leave of
                        Reginald Montagu Bosworth Smith, Esquire.

                                HIGH      COMMISSIONER’S               NOTICE         No.     22   oF   1922.

                           It is hereby notified for general information that His Royal
                        Highness the High Commissioner has been pleased to appoint
                        the    Reverend   Tobias    Olsen,    of the   Scandinavian           Alliance      Mission,
                        to be a Marriage Officer for Coloured Persons in and for                                 the
                        Territory of Swaziland, in terms of Law No. 3 of 1897 of                                 the
                        Transvaal as in force in the said Territory.

                        In the Insolvent Estate of T. N. MAHOMED, trader, of Hleoeng
                                    and Letsoelas, District Leribe, Basutoland.

                            A Special Meeting of Creditors will be held at the Office of the
                        Assistant Commissioner, Leribe, on Tuesday, 11th April, 1922, at
                        10 a.m., for the further Proof of Claims.
