                                              BUSINESS, ACT [Chapter 292]

                                THE President hereby, in terms of section 3 of the Public |
                               Holidays and Prohibition of Business Act [Chapter 292],
                              “declares that—
                                (a) no business shall be conducted on Heroes’ Days, being |
                                    the ‘I'lth and 12th August, 1980, which could not be con-
                                    ducted in terms of any agreement, determination or
                                    employment regulation in force in terms of the Indus-                                           ’            ‘
                                        trial Conciliation Act [Chapter 267] were the 11th and                              .                        ie
                                        12th August, 1980, industrial holidays for the purposes                                              :
                                        thereof; and —
                                 (b) any. business which is conducted on the 11th and 12th
                                        August, '1980, in accordance with the provisions of para-
                                        graph (a) shall be conducted subject to any agreement,
                        _.         +    determination or employment regulation in’ force in.
                        .               terms of the Industrial Conciliation Act [Chapter 267]
                                         as if the 11th and 12th August, 1980, were industria
                                       - ‘holidays for ithe purposes thereof.                .
